Management Development Programme

The Management Development Programmes (MDPs) of JIM are designed to provide working executives with state-of-the-art concepts and practices in management, equipping them with the skills to formulate and implement strategies across functional areas. Through open MDPs, JIM offers fast-paced, short-duration programmes that enhance managerial competencies and prepare executives to meet emerging corporate challenges. Sponsored MDPs are customized to the specific needs of organizations, involving in-depth study, tailored teaching materials, and practical simulations to maximize relevance and impact. So far, JIM has successfully conducted over 120 MDPs for diverse groups including executive Corporate leaders, Retail sales professionals, NGOs, BPCL dealers, Teachers, Railway officials, Supervisors, and healthcare workers, nurses—empowering them with continuous professional development and career growth. Jim conducts MDP’s on the following topics

Certificate Programmes

JIM also offers Certificate Programmes to upskill professionals across industries. We have successfully completed two batches of Communication Competence courses for Neuro One Hospital, with the next batch starting shortly. In addition, we have launched a Certificate Programme in Healthcare Management from November. These programmes are designed to strengthen professional skills, support career growth, and enhance practical knowledge for working executives and healthcare professionals.
